Lynne
Nadeau is a Certified Legal Assistant with over 200 days in
trial publishing graphic evidence and argument to the fact

assisting counsel in arbitration and mediation. Ms. Nadeau
has a broad range of experience involving the Lanham Act,
the Cartwright Act, statutory unfair competition, copyright
and trademark infringement, interference with prospective
economic relations, breach of contract, employer/employee
relations, construction defect, eminent domain,
insurer/insured relations, business organization and
management, real estate transactions, family law and

Ms. Nadeau
specializes in litigation and trial including the creation of
demonstrative exhibits; presentation of evidence and exhibits using
the latest graphic and digital production techniques and technology
to provide dynamic visual presentations at trial. She assists
lawyers at trial including voir dire during jury selection;
monitoring of exhibits offered, published or admitted in evidence;
and jury polling following verdict.
